Die Themen auf dem ServiCon Future Campus reichten von IT-Recht \u00fcber smarte Versicherungsl\u00f6sungen bis hin zu Risikofr\u00fcherkennung und Open Banking.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Der gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrende Gesellschafter der SGH Gruppe Gerrit Hoppen informierte in seinem Fachvortrag \u00fcber die aktuellen Anforderungen der E-Rechnungspflicht sowie des Meldesystems. Au\u00dferdem erl\u00e4uterte er die konkreten Auswirkungen der Gesetzes\u00e4nderung auf die Zentralregulierung. Letztere ist gerade f\u00fcr Verbundgruppen ein wichtiges Thema. In seinem Redebeitrag erfuhren die Zuh\u00f6renden u.a., was sich hinter einer E-Rechnung nach EN-16931 verbirgt, wie der stufenweise Umstieg auf E-Invoices derzeit geplant ist und unter welchen Voraussetzungen EDI weiter m\u00f6glich ist. Anschlie\u00dfend skizzierte er wie in E-Rechnungsplattformen die zuk\u00fcnftigen Anforderungen vorschriftsm\u00e4\u00dfig abgebildet und auch die Besonderheiten der Zentralregulierung gesetzeskonform integriert werden.<\/p>\r\n<p>Sein Fazit: F\u00fcr eine reibungslose Umsetzung der E-Rechnungspflicht braucht es neben fachlicher Expertise auch technisches Know-how.
