When do we collect and process personal data

We collect and process personal data that you actively transmit to us through your entries. We also automatically process personal data resulting from the use of our website. In particular in the following cases it can therefore come to a processing of your personal data:

  • visit our website;
  • apply for a job;
  • establish contact with us;

When you call up our website, the company entrusted with the operation of the website uses the public IP address of your end device to the extent technically necessary for the call up and use of the website. The IP address is a unique numerical address under which your computer sends or retrieves data to the Internet. The IP address is not stored any further, as the log function for the web server is deactivated.

Applications
We are always happy to welcome new colleagues! If you apply for one of the jobs we offer or send us an unsolicited application, we process your data to carry out the application procedure and to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis of the processing is § 26 BDSG and subordinate Art. 6 para. 1 f. DSGVO.
Should we unfortunately not consider your application, we will delete your application together with the submitted documents two months after our rejection, unless further storage is not in our legitimate interest, in order to be able to prove compliance with the obligations incumbent on us by law, e.g. under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). In this case, the data will be deleted once the reason for deletion no longer applies. The legal basis for any further storage is § 26 BDSG and, subordinate, Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO.
You can object to the further processing of your data at any time by withdrawing your application.
If we establish an employment relationship with you, we will inform you separately about the processing of your data and the rights to which you are entitled.

Teamviewer
We offer our customers remote maintenance by means of the software TeamViewer. Provider of this software is TeamViewer GmbH, Jahnstr. 30, 73037 Göppingen, Germany. If you would like to use remote maintenance, you have to download the TeamViewer software from the provider using a link provided by us and run it on your computer. Only the data protection regulations of TeamViewer GmbH as your contractual partner for the use of the software, which can be found under https://www.teamviewer.com/de/privacy-policy/, apply.

If we should gain knowledge of personal data in the course of remote maintenance, this is done solely to provide the service you requested and not to process the data on your behalf. Such data is not stored by us and we were the data secret for them. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO. You can cancel the remote access at any time by closing the TeamViewer software. If you want us to process personal data on your behalf using TeamViewer, we ask you to conclude a contract for the processing of your data beforehand.

Contact requests
If you send us a message via one of the contact options offered, we will use the data you provide us with to process your request. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 f DSGVO. If your inquiry serves the conclusion of a contract with us, an additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO. The data will be deleted after your request has been dealt with. If we are legally obliged to store the data for a longer period of time, the data will be deleted after expiry of the corresponding period.

Right to information
In accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO, you have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed by us. If this is the case, you have the right to be informed about this personal data and to receive further information as mentioned in Art. 15 DSGVO.

Right of rectification
In accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, you have the right to request us to correct incorrect personal data concerning you without delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you also have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data – also by means of a supplementary declaration.

Right to delete
You have the right to demand from us that the personal data concerning you be deleted immediately. We are obliged to delete personal data immediately, provided that the relevant requirements of Art. 17 DSGVO are met. For details, please refer to Art. 17 DSGVO.

Right to restrict processing
In accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, you have the right, under certain conditions, to request us to limit the processing of your personal data.

Right to data transferability
According to Art. 20 DPA, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided us with in a structured, common and machine-readable format and you have the right to transfer such data to another controller without hindrance from us, provided that the processing is based on an authorisation pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a or Article 9 paragraph 2 letter a or on a contract pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b and that the processing is carried out by means of automated procedures.

Right of objection
According to Art. 21 DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letters e or f DSGVO, including profiling based on these provisions.

If we process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing, including profiling, insofar as it is linked to such direct marketing.

Existence of a right of appeal to the supervisory authority
Under Art. 77 DSGVO, they have the right to complain to the supervisory authority. This right exists in particular in the Member State in which you are resident, your place of work or the place of the suspected infringement if you believe that the processing of personal data relating to you is in breach of the DPA.

Newsletter

When you register for our email newsletter, we process the data you provide for the creation and dispatch of the newsletter and for proof of registration. Legal basis of the processing is, based on your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 a) DSGVO.
To confirm your registration for the newsletter, you must click on the confirmation link in the verification email that we send you after your registration. When you click on the link provided in the verification e-mail, we process the date and time of the click, the content of the e-mail sent to you and your e-mail address. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 c) DSGVO, as we are legally obliged to document and be able to prove the existence of your consent.
Your registration for our newsletter can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
